Interpele

An enlarged photograph of an illustration found inside a book of fables serves as inspiration for another photograph assembled from that found illustration.

The theme of the work stems from a process begun in 2022, in a series called "the fox and the hare," in which the artist, like a cunning fox, visualizes and captures hares—in this case, garbage bags that resemble this animal so present in the poetics of different creators. The hares, which, like the bags, reproduce and proliferate rapidly, are the protagonists present in both photographs.
